With four hospitals in Riyadh, KFMC is the largest medical facility in Saudi Arabia. It was a huge scale operation in terms of design, construction and technology planning.KFMC engaged Selat due to issues of miscaptured data, aged bills, non-contracted accounts, missed financial opportunities and a lack of integrated billing systems. The collaborative response was swift and effective and helped to improve their systems, tighten processes, improve revenue and maximize profits.We engaged A specialized team to the project over five years and integrated an advanced billing unit to their existing data management system. Claim rejections decreased to a record low, aging fell considerably, and business volumes increased hugely. In each highlighted case, our agreed client agreed KPI’s for the project were exceeded.
